Terms of Use
Plain-language terms for using this site. Merch is fulfilled by Fourthwall; donations go through SupportNow.
Merchandise
All Kai's Crew merchandise is designed, fulfilled, and shipped through our Fourthwall storefront. Product names, prices, variants, stock, and images come from the live Fourthwall catalog. Orders are subject to Fourthwall's terms and policies - see the FAQ & Shipping page for links.
Donations
Donations are accepted only on SupportNow. This site never processes payments or stores card details. A "Donate" click is the start of a donation on SupportNow, not a completed gift.
Content
Kai's story, photos, and updates are shared only with the family's approval. Provisional content stays hidden from public pages until confirmed. We don't publish unverified medical facts, dates, or claims.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to submit harmful, unlawful, or automated spam content. Contact forms are protected against abuse and route through our CRM with consent. Update enrollment happens on SupportNow, not on this site.
These terms may be updated; continued use means you accept the current version.
