Our Mission
Every purchase of Kai Strong merch and every direct gift on SupportNow fuels Kai's physical therapy intensives, adaptive mobility equipment, specialized neuro-care consultations, and long-term wheelchair accessibility, and at home comfort and care.

Four ways your support helps
The categories the crew is funding right now.
Therapies & rehabilitation
Ongoing therapy, intensives, and home equipment.
Medical & specialized care
Specialty bed system, clinical consultations, and out-of-state care.
ExploratoryMobility & accessibility
Adaptive equipment that supports daily life and independence as Kai gains strength.
Equipment & home adaptations
Vibration therapy unit and home adaptations for daily life.

Keeping Kai mobile & included
Part of the crew's mission is making sure Kai can get where he needs to go - safely and with dignity.
Kai has grown out of all his at-home equipment, so upgrades are underway, including a vibration plate. As he gets better and better at utilizing his wheelchair, additional adaptive equipment will follow.
Right now
Therapy & rebuilding strength
Ongoing therapy intensives and rebuilding strength after his guided-growth surgery. We're being aggressive with therapies right now to set Kai up for every gain ahead.
The months ahead
Intensives & specialized care
End of November we travel to Arizona for stem cell treatment, directly followed by another intensive to capitalize on the stem cells while they're active. After the holidays we'll do more localized intensive therapy. We're also exploring additional 2-3 week intensives, including DMI, which we've seen incredible success with. We're in consultations with several leaders in the HBOT space to confirm Kai is a great candidate, and planning our trip to Mexico for DeWaza Muse stem cells, which have had incredible success for kids with cerebral palsy like Kai.
The long view
Independent movement & accessibility
Q1 of 2027 has an aggressive plan of intensives. Equipment-wise, Kai has grown out of all his at-home equipment, so we're upgrading that, including a vibration plate. The Cytotron machine therapy would require living in Mexico for 30 days of daily treatments, which has had incredible results for other kids like Kai. Additional adaptive equipment will be needed as Kai gains strength and either requires new equipment or graduates from his current set. Many more consultations are in progress and will be added here as they're confirmed.
