How we handle the information you share with Kai's Crew. We're a small, family-led project and we keep this plain and honest.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, and message when you reach out. Submissions route through our CRM with your consent and a topic tag.
- Update enrollment: to follow Kai's journey and receive updates, you enroll on SupportNow - no donation required. Your email and consent stay with SupportNow, not on this site.
- Cart: your cart contents are stored locally in your browser for the session. Checkout happens on Fourthwall's hosted checkout - we never see your card.
- Analytics: anonymous page-view and interaction events, only after you grant consent. No analytics runs until you opt in.
How we use it
To reply to your message, send the updates you asked for, and understand which pages and products are useful. We never sell your information.
Donations
Donations are made directly on SupportNow. We don't process or store payment details on this site - SupportNow handles that.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or delete it. To exercise any of these, use the contact form and we'll take care of it.
Cookies & local storage
We use browser localStorage for your cart, your analytics consent choice, and a session id so your form submission joins your visit. No third-party advertising cookies.
